I believe the best candidates for office are those who are in touch with their communities, someone who will protect and fight for their neighbors. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's platform aims to do just that by meeting the needs of everyday people based on her first-hand experience. I think we could also use more of that, both within NY-14 and beyond.
